PLUG AWAY

by Bill Kochman

08-17-2014

The life of faith can be rough,
As battles rage all about us,
We feel like we’ve had enough,
As that Devil tries to out us.

Father wants to make us tough,
He surely knows our every need.
So He puts us through the test.
To bring us all up to speed.

So, plug away, my dear friend,
What else can we possibly do?
Faith for today is the only way,
Dear Jesus will see us through.

He’ll give us power for the hour,
And great rewards in Heaven too.
