PROMISE KEEPER

by Bill Kochman

Some people trust in doctors,
They also trust in shrinks,
They’ll even trust a lawyer,
Even though he really stinks.

They’ll trust their mechanics,
Throw in their bankers too,
But when it comes to my faith,
Here’s exactly what I do.

I trust solely in God’s Word,
It has never failed me yet,
He keeps all His promises,
He is not one to forget.
