SAGGY OLD PEOPLE
by Bill Kochman
11-26-2017
Oh you dear, dear, poor women,
How you must dread getting old,
Your fine breasts begin to sag,
Showing flesh you’re not so bold.
Then there are so many wrinkles,
They appear all over the place,
You apply piles & piles of makeup,
To try to hide them on your face.
And regarding all of you old men,
Your baldness puts eagles to shame,
That growing belly below your belt,
It is impossible for you to tame.
Yes, we are slowly falling apart,
We each begin to sag and creak,
It really makes one stop & wonder,
What will happen to us next week.
But such is the way of the flesh,
It only lasts for so many years,
Someday we’ll move on to New Life,
Without pain, suffering or tears.
