SOJOURNERS

by Bill Kochman

08-29-2014

No matter how hard you may try,
Even if you squeeze it so thin,
A square peg in a round hole,
Simply will never fit in.

We Christians are much the same,
When it concerns life on Earth,
Our sight is set upon Heaven,
Things here don’t have much worth.

Some people don’t understand us,
They see us strange, a little odd,
But we are sojourning pilgrims,
Bound for the City of our God.
