STUFFED IN A BOX

by Bill Kochman

01-10-2017

Deeply stuffed into a dark box,
Is what so many Christians are,
So afraid of offending anyone,
Their preaching only goes so far,

They cut corners and compromise,
Leaving hard truths cast aside,
Ignoring what the Lord so taught,
Spiritual light they try to hide.

We must preach in love it’s true,
But a balance must also be met,
Jesus was both a lion and a lamb,
This you should not ever forget.
