TOY SHOP FOR SALE

by Bill Kochman

12-10-2016

‘Twas the night before Christmas,
And up in the far, cold north,
There was no red-nosed reindeer,
Nor even any happy little dwarf.

Regarding a stout red-suited man,
He was also nowhere to be seen,
Nervous parents were wondering,
What could this possibly mean?

Time to forget all the silliness,
Children should not be deceived,
Just tell them the simple truth,
From you the gifts were received.
