TV BIBLE

Oh how we love to get sucked in,
To our favorite television show,
We’ll talk for weeks afterwards,
And our face will be all aglow.
But when it comes to God’s Word,
Oh where did that old Bible hide,
But that’s really still quite okay,
After all, we’ve got our TV guide.
We’ll glance through all its pages,
Doing crossword puzzles and such,
But as far as reading that Bible,
OOPS … well, really not so much.
