WHY BLAME THE DEVIL?

by Bill Kochman

08-21-2014

Why do you blame the Devil,
For things only you have done,
He wasn’t there to force you,
To your head there was no gun.

Our God is a very fair judge,
He gave us the power of choice,
We alone create our problems,
When we fail to heed His voice.

Pride and stubbornness lead us,
As we rebel against the Lord,
Then Satan indeed attacks us,
With his lying deceptive horde.
