What to Post Here
As some of my longtime friends may recall, years ago, the Bill's Bible Basics website included a messageboard, or forum, where my online Christian friends could fellowship and share the Word, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Internet/WWW. Eventually, due to lack of use, I took the messageboard offline, and I trashed all of the files and images which I had used to create the board. Well, as I said, that was years ago. Early this morning, just on a whim, I decided to recreate the forum from scratch, and put it back online, just to see what happens. That is, to see if anyone takes a renewed interest in it. I considered that between all of the nonsense that is going on elsewhere in some of the social networks, such as on Facebook -- personal data mining and invasion of your privacy, commercial ads, annoying chain letters, scams of every kind, pleas for your money from questionable overseas orphanages and charities, constant security breaches, blatant censorship and discrimination, political propaganda ad nauseam, pressure to purchase Facebook ads, bogus accounts promoting pornography, etc. -- some of my friends might enjoy a quiet place like the BBB Forum, where none of that nonsense occurs. What you will find here is a very simplified version of my original BBB Messageboard from years ago. There is nothing fancy about it, but it will allow you to communicate with each other, and with me, when I have the time. As it is, I keep very busy with the BBB ministry. If I see enough people taking an interest in this forum, then I will think about making it look a little nicer, and maybe adding a little more to it. We shall see. It is up to you.
