How to Change Your User Password
Changing your password occasionally is a good idea. It will help to keep your data safe, and also prevent someone else from logging on to the BBB Forum as you.

IMPORTANT: Passwords can only consist of alphanumeric characters -- that is, letters and numbers -- as well as the underscore, or underline. In other words, you cannot use the dash, colon, semicolon, pound sign, dollar sign, percent symbol, ampersand, asterisk, or anything else. You can use uppercase or lowercase letters, although I am not certain if the forum software recognizes the difference. I haven't tested it.

To change your password, do the following:

1. After logging in to the forum, click or tap on the "Settings" button which is located directly below the BBB Forum logo at the top of your screen.

2. When the new window opens, click on the "Change Password" link that is located under the "Personal" column on the left side of the page.

3. In the new window, enter your current password in the first field.

4. Enter your new password in the second field.

5. Type your new password a second time in the third field in order to confirm it.

6. Click or tap on the "Change Password" button below there.

That's it. Easy, right?

It goes without saying that you should NOT share your password with anyone, including other family members, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc. You are responsible for anything which is posted in your name, so please be careful with your password.
