Synopsis:



Continuing our discuss from part seven, my friends, I realize that I have given you a lot to read in the first seven parts of this series. Now it is time to bring together all these various pieces of information into one big cohesive form. As I more fully explain in "Trump Fiefdom and the Trilateral World", in a word, Donald Trump and his team of warmongers have totally gone off the rails. They want to own and fully control EVERYTHING from Alaska, to Canada, to the USA, to Mexico, to Central America, to the isles of the Caribbean Sea -- including Cuba -- to South America, and up to Greenland. They have convinced themselves that it's their right to own, control and use the peoples and resources of this huge chunk of the world as they see fit, for America's sole benefit.

In fact, on Saturday, January 3, 2026, following the violent capture of Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, President Trump announced to the world from his residence at Mar-a-Lago near Palm Beach, Florida, that he had coined a new phrase to describe his personal approach to foreign policy. Explaining that what he and his team had just done was a revival of the Monroe Doctrine, the President then stated the following to reporters:

"[Venezuela hosted] foreign adversaries in our region and [acquired] menacing offensive weapons that could threaten U.S. interests and lives, and they used those weapons last night.

All of these actions were in gross violation of the core principles of American foreign policy, dating back more than two centuries, and not anymore. All the way back, it dated to the Monroe Doctrine. And the Monroe Doctrine is a big deal, but we've superseded it by a lot, by a real lot. They now call it the 'Don-roe Doctrine'."

Regarding the previous comments, according to a news article with the headline "As U.S. Ramps Up Pressure, Venezuela Pleads With Moscow and Beijing for Help", which was posted on The Washington Post website on October 31, 2025, based on certain internal U.S. government documents which were obtained by The Washington Post, as the United States continued to build up its military presence in the Caribbean Sea, President Nicolás Maduro drafted a letter in which he requested assistance from Russia, China and Iran to upgrade Venezuela's aging military capabilities. In particular, Maduro asked for defensive radars, aircraft repairs, and according to The Washington Post article, potentially missiles as well.

According to an English language version of a Ukrainian blog called "MILITARNYI", Maduro's letter was addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, and was to be handed over during an upcoming visit to Moscow by an unnamed Venezuelan official. According to the blog, Maduro requested that several Russian Su-30MK2 fighter jets which had been previously purchased by Venezuela, be restored. According to one former Venezuelan military officer, as of 2018, less than five of the Su-30MK2s still remained in operation. In his letter to Putin, Maduro noted that the Su-30MK2s "are the most important deterrent that the Venezuelan government has." Furthermore, Maduro also requested help in overhauling eight engines, as well as five defensive radar systems. Maduro also requested the purchase of "14 sets" of Russian missiles and certain unspecified "logistical support".

The War Zone Newsletter reports that from 2006 to 2008, a total of twenty-four Su-30MK2V fighter jets were delivered by Russia to Venezuela. The Su-30MK2V is really the same as the Su-30MK2, except for very minor modifications made for the Vietnamese. I suspect that the Su-30MK2s that are mentioned in The Washington Post article may be the very same aircraft. According to the TWZ Newsletter, twenty-one of the jets still remain in service today. It confuses me, because the unnamed former Venezuelan military officer said that as of 2018, less than five of these jets were still in operation.

What makes the Su-30MK2 fighter jet dangerous is that aside from other types of missiles, it is also capable of carrying supersonic Kh-31A anti-ship missiles, and likewise supersonic Kh-31P anti-radar missiles. The Kh-31A can punch a hole in a warship. Kh-31A missiles were included as a part of the deal which Russia made with Venezuela back in 2006. NATO calls the Kh-31A the AS-17 Krypton missile. Shortly before Venezuela's September 2025 large-scale military exercises that occurred near the Venezuelan territory of La Orchila Island -- which were dubbed "Sovereign Caribbean 200" -- Venezuela released a short video which purportedly shows the Su-30MK2V loaded with Kh-31A missiles.

Another aircraft in Russia's aerial fleet is the Ilyushin Il-76, which is often referred to as the Il-76. It is a commercial freighter which is used to deliver heavy machinery, but which can also be used as an aerial refueling tanker, as a command center, or to carry up to 150 soldiers or evacuees. The Il-76 can even be used in aerial firefighting. It was sanctioned by the United States in 2023 for involvement in arms trafficking and mercenary transportation. However, on October 26, 2025, an Il-76 did arrive in Caracas after taking a long route through Africa in order to bypass Western airspace and detection.

A day earlier, Russia ratified a new strategic agreement with Venezuela. High-profile projects between the two nations do continue. For example, in July 2025 a munitions plant opened in the Venezuelan state of Aragua. I believe Aragua is the point of origin of the maligned Tren de Aragua criminal gang. However, please note that the plant was promised to Venezuela twenty years earlier. So it seems that Russia is very slow in keeping its word to Venezuela. Furthermore, Russia has rights to explore untapped natural gas and oil reserves in Venezuela as well.

In a November 1, 2025 interview with the Russian news website Gazeta.ru, Alexei Zhuravlyov -- the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on Defense -- confirmed that Russia has continued to supply weapons to Venezuela amid the escalating tensions between Venezuela and the United States. In fact, Mr. Zhuravlyov pointed out that Russia is Venezuela's primary military-technical partner. It supplies Venezuela with a full range of weapons, from small arms to combat aircraft. Furthermore, Mr. Zhuravlyov stated that he does not rule out supplying Russia's nuclear-capable Oreshnik ballistic missile system to Venezuela as well. Currently, there is no evidence to suggest that Russia has sold any of its intermediate-range, hypersonic ballistic missiles to Venezuela as of yet.

However, as 2025 came to a conclusion, the Kremlin announced that Oreshnik mobile missile batteries have been stationed in Belarus, which is Moscow's close ally. Furthermore, Alexander Lukashenko, the president of Belarus, has stated that as many as ten Oreshnik missile systems will eventually be stationed in Belarus. This is obviously very bad news for Ukraine, and likewise for Europe and all the NATO-aligned nations.

According to Ukrainian sources, the Oreshnik can achieve a flight speed exceeding Mach 10 -- or 7,610 mph -- which means that it is extremely difficult to stop it at the current time. It has a range of 620 to 990 miles. The missile was first used against Ukraine in November 2024. Furthermore, just a few days ago, the city of Lviv in western Ukraine was also struck by the Oreshnik. This was very close to the Polish border, which is a NATO nation, while Ukraine is not.

Directly related to the Oreshnik, is the concern by certain people that if any Oreshnik mobile missile batteries were to eventually be stationed in Venezuela, they would pose a very serious danger to the continental United States. However, to be clear, this is simply an invented fear which has no basis in reality. The reason for this is quite simple. The closest major American city which the Oreshnik could be targeted at would be Miami, Florida. However, even Miami is hundreds of miles beyond the Oreshnik's current reach. Other US cities -- such as in southern Texas -- are even much further away than Miami. So again, this fear has no teeth whatsoever.

While a certain level of cooperation has continued between Venezuela and Russia, at the same time, due to being bogged down in its four-year-long war with Ukraine, and because it has also been seeking closer cooperation with more Latin American nations, Russia has gradually reduced its interest in Venezuela in more recent years. This seems to confirm the info I shared with you in part six where upon attacking the compound of Nicolás Maduro nine days ago, US forces realized that Venezuela's air defense systems were in a serious state of disrepair, and were thus unable to ward off the American military onslaught. Of course, there were other reasons as well, as I explained in part six.

According to The Washington Post, Maduro also drafted a letter to Communist China President Xi Jinping in which he requested "expanded military cooperation" due to the rapidly escalating situation with the United States. Furthermore, Maduro asked China to speed up its production of radars so that Venezuela could strengthen its defensive capabilities. Maduro's letter also emphasized the seriousness of the growing US aggression in the Caribbean Sea, and in a comment which seemed to mirror Article 5 of the NATO treaty, Maduro reminded Xi Jinping that due to their shared ideology, any US military attack against Venezuela would be equivalent to an attack on China itself. I really have to wonder what Jinping thought of the comment.

In the same documents which were obtained by the Washington Post, it was revealed that Venezuelan Transportation Minister Ramon Celestino Velasquez had also recently coordinated the delivery of military equipment and drones from Iran. Velasquez had informed an Iranian official that Venezuela was in need of "passive detection systems," "GPS jammers," and "almost certainly drones with a range of 1,000 kilometers."

From everything I have read regarding Venezuela's defensive capabilities, the impression I have been given is that it has a rather unusual hodgepodge of air defense systems. Some of them are very old, going back decades, while others are a lot newer and are more capable systems. However, they are a lot smaller in number. At the same time, even most of the older surface-to-air missile systems have been upgraded, and they are generally very mobile in nature. This means that they can suddenly appear anywhere, and thus can disrupt even the most carefully laid mission plans. If the United States were to further engage Venezuela in an expanded aerial assault, such mobile launchers and missiles could possibly pose a serious threat to US forces. However, given Venezuela's lackluster response to the Caracas attack, I really have to wonder if the Venezuelan military is up to the task.

Returning our attention to the haughtiness which has been emanating from the Trump administration as of late, for his part, US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, posted a graphic and comment demonstrating full support for Trump's words on the official Department of State account on Elon Musk's X platform which stated the following:

"This is OUR Hemisphere, and President Trump will not allow our security to be threatened."

But concerning President Trump's announcement regarding his so-called Don-roe Doctrine, what is the Monroe Doctrine all about? Basically, it is an approach to foreign policy which was announced to the U.S. Congress by President James Monroe on December 2, 1823 in his seventh annual State of the Union Address. At the time, its primary intent was to oppose any foreign interference in the Western Hemisphere, particularly endeavors by the European powers to colonize the Americas. Furthermore, the doctrine holds that any intervention in the political affairs of the Americas by any foreign power would be viewed as a potential hostile act against America itself.

At that particular time in history, almost all of the Spanish colonies in North and South America had either already gained their independence, or else they were very close to doing so. Thus, President Monroe asserted that the New World and the Old World should remain distinctly separate spheres of influence. At the same time, the United States would recognize and not interfere with existing European colonies. Neither would it meddle in the internal affairs of any of the European nations. In short, the United States would engage in an isolationist strategy. Is this starting to sound familiar to you yet? It should, because MAGA -- Make America Great Again -- and also "America First!", are basically a new revival of the Monroe Doctrine, albeit with President Trump's own twist added to it.

To more clearly explain how the original intent of the Monroe Doctrine was slowly changed over the decades from the time of President Monroe, following are some excerpts from an article that was posted in the online edition of Time Magazine. Dated January 7, 2026, it shows how Trump appropriated the doctrine, perverted it, and now uses it to justify his military actions on both land and sea:

While the Monroe Doctrine's initial intent was to keep European powers out of the Western Hemisphere, Roosevelt, who himself fought against Spain in Cuba in 1898, in this way expanded it to encompass a claimed right to send troops into other Western Hemisphere countries.

This updated version of the doctrine helped set the stage for repeated U.S. military intervention in Latin America. Within just over a decade of Roosevelt articulating it, U.S. forces were sent to the Dominican Republic in 1903 and 1904, Nicaragua in 1911, and Haiti in 1915.

The spirit of the Monroe Doctrine was also reflected in the U.S.'s actions during 1962's Cuban Missile Crisis, when President John F. Kennedy ordered a naval and air quarantine of Cuba to prevent the Soviet Union from bringing further missiles to the island. Kennedy framed the crisis, prompted by the U.S. discovering the Soviet Union was secretly installing missile launch sites in Cuba, as a violation of long-standing hemispheric boundaries.

On the campaign trail and during his first Administration, Trump revived the "America First" slogan—previously used to promote nativist and isolationist policies by several groups and politicians in the 19th and 20th centuries—to frame his agenda, arguing that the United States should prioritize domestic priorities over overseas conflicts.

That posture has shifted significantly in Trump's second term, however, as his Administration has taken a more interventionist approach to foreign policy."

And that, my friends, is exactly how we have arrived at the point where we are now with President Trump having invaded Venezuela, with his eyes fixed on subduing and controlling many other countries in the Western Hemisphere as well. As I said, Trump, Hegseth, Rubio, Miller, Noem, etc., see no problem whatsoever with now using US military might to go wherever they want, to do whatever they please. Furthermore, as I have also pointed out in a few other articles such as "Beware of Dominionism", this new Donroe Doctrine dovetails right in with Dominionist theology, which is all about power and money. These misguided, deceived politicians and false Christians believe that it is actually their divine right to do these things, because they have convinced themselves that they are preparing the world for the return of Jesus Christ.

As I mentioned in previous paragraphs, I am rather convinced that President Trump will most likely continue enforcing his Don-roe -- or Donroe -- Doctrine until he has created his complete fiefdom in the whole Western Hemisphere, unless the US Congress stops him via the current War Powers Resolution which is currently making its way through both bodies of the U.S. Congress. He will keep attacking and subduing nations until his "Middle Earth" fantasy or Trump Fiefdom is fully realized and under his complete control. Of course, he only has three years left in which to do it, unless, of course, JD Vance wins the 2028 presidential election and continues advancing the Don-roe Doctrine.

Yet tell me, my friends. Where did Jesus Christ ever teach His followers to win the world by the edge of the sword? You just won't find it in the Scriptures. However, what you will find are Bible verses such as the following. They describe not only the evils of violence and war, but also how we are supposed to live peaceful lives, and win the world for Jesus through peace, love, and even self-sacrifice:

"From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, EVEN OF YOUR LUSTS that war in your members? YE LUST, and have not: YE KILL, AND DESIRE TO HAVE, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because YE ASK AMISS, THAT YE MAY CONSUME IT UPON YOUR LUSTS."


"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. HE WAS A MURDERER FROM THE BEGINNING, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."


"Not as Cain, WHO WAS OF THAT WICKED ONE, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous."


"Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy HIM THAT HAD THE POWER OF DEATH, THAT IS, THE DEVIL; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."


"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."


"My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace. I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war."


"And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."


"He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."


But concerning us Christians, exactly what should be our own attitude towards violence and war? While I am sure that the answer is rather obvious to many of my readers, nevertheless, allow me to share some of my favorite Bible verses with you, which demonstrate what should be the Scriptural foundation for our beliefs and attitude towards war. I hope you enjoy reading them. Most of all, I hope that you live them in your own personal life as well:

"But THE MEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."


"BLESSED ARE THE MEEK: for they shall inherit the earth . . . Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God . . . But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust."


"If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, LIVE PEACEABLY WITH ALL MEN."


"Finally‭, brethren‭, farewell‭‭. Be perfect‭‭, be of good comfort‭‭, be of one‭ mind‭‭, LIVE IN PEACE‭‭; and‭ the God‭ of love‭ and‭ peace‭ shall be‭‭ with‭ you‭.‭"


"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God."

"No man that warreth [meaning spiritual warfare] entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier."


Before concluding this series, I would like to take a few minutes to discuss one final topic which really bothers me, and which I feel should be addressed. That is the following. Similar to previous presidents, Trump and his administration are painting Americans as the victims of drug trafficking which originates in some Latin American countries. It is my view that this is wrong. American drug addicts do NOT die as a direct result of international drug trafficking. They die as a direct result of the personal choices they make in their own lives. They die as a result of their own foolish choice to become a drug addict in the first place. They die because they were too weak to say "No!" in the first place. No drug trafficker put a gun to their head and said "You better take this or else!"

In short, just by referring to American drug addicts as the victims, and by pointing the finger at the drug traffickers instead, the Trump administration is basically relieving the drug addicts of any sense of personal responsibility. Folks, the fact of the matter is that if there was no demand for the drugs, then there would simply be no market for the drug manufacturers, traffickers and pushers in the first place. So as long as there is a demand for the drugs, the suppliers will have a market. If a certain supplier or country is shut down, another one will eventually rise somewhere else to take its place. That is the reality of the situation.

My friends, as some of you will know, the war against drugs has been waged for many decades now. In fact, it officially began almost fifty-five years ago under President Richard Nixon, who declared drug abuse "public enemy number one". He announced a major federal crackdown on June 17, 1971. It was at that time that he shifted focus to drug supply reduction and increased enforcement. Yet despite how many decades have passed since 1971, the war on drugs has STILL not been won. Furthermore, drug supply reduction has not resulted in the elimination of drug addiction in America. To be honest, I wouldn't be the least surprised to learn that there are way more drugs in circulation today than there were five decades ago. They are probably stronger and more dangerous drugs as well. I have no actual statistics to prove these points, so you can take it for what it is worth.

Furthermore, I suspect that there is a darker side to this sad issue which few people may be willing to consider. One must stop and ask himself why the war on drugs has failed so miserably after over fifty years of trying to contain it. Is it simply the result of people's lack of willingness to take control of their lives and practice personal responsibility? Or is it possible that there are certain elements within the US government which in some way benefit from widespread drug addiction? Is it possible that some drug money is used to fund projects which we common folks aren't supposed to know about? Is it possible that certain elements within the US government view drug addiction as one method for keeping the general populace happy and compliant?

Admittedly, these are some pretty wild ideas indeed, and as my longtime, regular readers will already know, normally I do not get into discussing such unproven conspiracy theories. I prefer to stick with the known facts, and even more so with the Word of God. So perhaps these ideas don't have any merit, or perhaps they do. Personally, I really don't know with any degree of certainty, and even trying to figure out the truth would really take us down a very deep and dark rabbit hole, which I'm really not too interested in doing now, if ever. So I will leave it to the actual conspiracy theorists to do that if they want to. For now, I just thought that I'd share these possibilities with you for your personal consideration.
