If you are like me, by this time, I suspect that your jaw has probably dropped at least a few times. The audacity of the Queen James Bible publishers to so seriously tamper with God's Holy Word is outrageous. It is mind-blowing. It is as if they have absolutely no fear of God. They seem to think that it is a light thing to alter the Word of the Lord. By this point, they have become so bold in their willingness to, ahem, "clarify" God's Word, that in this next edit, they do not even make any serious attempt to convince us why it was -- in their view -- necessary to change this verse. The verse in question is 1 Timothy 1:10. In the Authorized King James Version of the Bible, this verse reads as follows:

"For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;"


As you can see, the serious challenge for the publishers of the Queen James Bible is the cutting phrase "them that defile themselves with mankind". My friends, you know the drill. You already know exactly what the Apostle Paul means. He already told us in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 with the phrase "nor abusers of themselves with mankind". You already realize that Paul is simply paraphrasing the two verses that are found in the Old Testament Book of Leviticus where we are told "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" and "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination".

While I do not believe that this is the case -- at least it should not be at this point in our discussion -- if you still have any doubts that the Apostle Paul is again referring to the sinful act of homosexuality, consider the fact that the two phrases "nor abusers of themselves with mankind" and "for them that defile themselves with mankind" are derived from the very same Greek word that we examined earlier; that is, "arsenokoites". Case closed. So how do the publishers of the blasphemous abomination known as the Queen James Bible treat this troublesome verse? Are you ready?:

"For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;"


Unbelievable, isn't it? These deceivers simply choose to cut in half the offending phrase, and remove the most revealing part of it from the verse entirely; that is, "with mankind". Once again we clearly see that they are contradicting what they claim to have set out to do. Their website repeatedly informs us that their objective in creating this blasphemous abomination is to remove any "interpretive ambiguity", and to supposedly provide us with a "clear understanding" of these various verses.

The truth of the matter is that the more that we examine how they have butchered the Authorized King James Version of the Bible, the more we come to realize that what these publishers really mean by "clear understanding", is forcing QJB readers to understand these various verses only in the way that they -- meaning the publishers -- want them to understand them. Furthermore, these unknown publishers have likewise clearly demonstrated that they are willing to do whatever it takes, including inserting words, changing words, omitting words, and moving phrases, in order to achieve their misguided and devilish objective. These people have repeatedly revealed their total disregard for the sanctity of God's Word.

My friends, I do not really believe that I need to inform you that "for them that defile themselves with mankind" is a much clearer phrase than just "for them that defile themselves". With the latter phrase, we have absolutely no idea how these people are really defiling themselves. In contrast, with the original phrase that is found in the time-honored KJV Bible, we know and understand exactly how these people are defiling themselves. They are doing it by engaging in homosexual acts with other men.

"With mankind" is the so-called "killer phrase" that we find in half of these Bible verses, and that is the phrase that the misguided publishers of the QJB are forced to change or remove, because that one phrase alone emphasizes that these sinful men are performing these vile sexual acts with other men. They are homosexuals or gays, and that is what the QJB publishers don't want their readers to know. They want them to believe that the verses just refer to ancient male temple prostitutes, which is a lie.

The unknown individuals who are behind the QJB want to push the context of these verses far back into the past, so that the consciences of modern gays and lesbians are not pricked by the conviction of God's Holy Spirit. By doing these evil things, whether they realize it or not, these publishers in fact become facilitators of, as well as accomplices to, the same sexual sins. They are encouraging gay and lesbian sexual acts; because in their own deception, they believe that there is nothing wrong with performing such vile acts. Quite to the contrary, in the first chapter of his Epistles to the Romans, the Apostle Paul clearly informs us that to engage in these wicked, unclean sexual acts is to dishonour our bodies, as we see by this verse:

"Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:"


Please carefully notice that Paul uses the phrase "between themselves". As we saw in part three with our discussion of verses twenty-six and twenty-seven, Paul is talking about men with men, and women with women. You may recall that he informs us that "leaving the natural use" -- meaning male with female -- they resort to male with male, and female with female.

Although I am confident that it is rather apparent to most of my Christian readers, allow me to make a point regarding the publishers' repeated efforts to narrowly define all of these verses by forcefully associating them with male temple prostitutes, and ancient pagan idolatry. The truth is that it does not matter whether these sexual acts -- regardless of whether they are gay or lesbian in nature -- occur in an ancient pagan temple, or in the back seat of a car, or in a theater, or in a hotel room, or in someone's bedroom. God's Word teaches us that they are sinful, they are abominable, they are filthy and disgusting, and they are morally wrong.

Furthermore, anyone who continues to engage in these filthy perversions, will eventually have serious consequences to pay, unless they repent of their wickedness. That is what all of these verses are telling us. Let me remind you again that Paul writes that such unrepentant persons "shall not inherit the kingdom of God". Do you honestly believe this in your heart? Then repent of your wickedness today, and right now!

So what explanation do the publishers offer for this latest change in their blasphemous abomination? As I noted a moment ago, they barely blink an eye as they offer a one-sentence, response. They are apparently so confident that that they have convinced us to see things their way, and they are so sure that we must agree with all of their previous misguided edits, that they seem to feel that we do not require or need any explanation, other than the following:

"Given the context and theme of all our edits, we have changed 'defile themselves with mankind' to simply 'defile themselves'."

----- End Quote -----

That's it. That is all they say regarding why they made such a serious change to God's Word. They are on such a deceptive roll, that they are even beyond seeing what is wrong with the statement. They are so far out in left field in a spiritual sense, and so numb to feeling the conviction of God's Spirt, that they obviously see nothing wrong with simply going chop, chop; and away goes "with mankind". As I explain in a number of my other articles, such as the controversial "Pornography: Flee Youthful Lusts!", the attitude of these publishers is clearly revealed in such verses as the following:

"This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness."


"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;"


Please notice some of the descriptive phrases that Paul uses in the previous verses. He speaks of having our understanding darkened, becoming ignorant -- or lacking in knowledge -- and suffering from spiritual blindness in our hearts. Please note what Paul writes next to further emphasize what a terrible state this is. He says that people become "past feeling". In other words, as I mentioned a moment ago, they become numb to the conviction of God's Spirit speaking to their mind, and to their rebellious heart.

In that second set of verses, that is exactly what Paul means when he talks about their conscience being "seared with a hot iron". I believe he is describing the process of cauterization. When a doctor cauterizes a wound with a hot iron, electricity, or with some other agent, not only does the tissue become very scarred, but the nerve endings are deadened as well, so that the person can no longer feel anything in that part of their body. This was a common practice in times past. It helped to prevent infection, stopped the bleeding, and caused a wound to heal more quickly. Of course, it was also very painful as well, but nevertheless necessary. This appears to be the sad condition of these QJB publishers. They have succumbed to deception and spiritual blindness, and now their goal is to infect others with their same spiritual disease.

The final verse which was placed on the chopping block of the unknown publishers of this blasphemous abomination called the Queen James Bible is Jude 1:7. In the Authorized King James Version of the Bible it reads as follows:

"Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."


Jude's very obvious and clear intention in writing the above verse is to tell us that if we are smart, we will take heed to the serious lesson which can and should be learned from the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. He informs us that God used those wicked cities to set an example for us, so that we will not indulge ourselves in the same sexual sins as they did. The way that the publishers of the Queen James Bible choose to deal with this verse is very strange, as well as deceptive. They use kind of a bait-and-switch tactic, or a red herring, we might say. In their Bible, the previous verse is translated as follows:

"Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after nonhuman flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."


On their web page, the publishers offer the following, brief explanation regarding why they changed the word "strange" to "nonhuman":

"Given our clarification of the story of Sodom, we chose to highlight the fact that the male mob in Sodom raped angels, which is "strange" in that it is nonhuman."

----- End Quote -----

According to Thayer's Greek English Lexicon, in the KJV, the word "strange" is derived from the Greek word "heteros". This word means another, other or different. As many of you will obviously recognize, "heteros" forms the root of such words as "heterosexual", as in a heterosexual marriage. This of course refers to the God-blessed marriage of two persons of the opposite -- or different -- sex. This is apparently why the KJV translators chose to use the word "strange"; that is, because the two Angelic Visitors to Sodom consisted of a different kind of flesh.

Looking at it from this perspective, we might agree that it is acceptable for the QJB publishers to replace "strange" with "nonhuman". After all, the Angels were indeed nonhuman. However, by doing this, they are intentionally employing a few very deceptive tactics. First of all, as you can see by their own explanation, they are continuing to insist that what the homosexuals wanted to do to the Angels should not be classified as sexual acts, but rather as acts which were intended to dominate the Angels, akin to prison rape. As I explained earlier in this series, this is utterly false.

As we discussed in part two, a chief concern of these QJB publishers in their treatment of Genesis 19:5 is to minimize the fact that the men and boys of Sodom were homosexuals. We saw earlier that these people are convinced that the actual sin of the people of Sodom was that they bullied the Angels, and not that they were gay. To reiterate, I find it rather ludicrous that these QJB publishers would even promote the belief that God destroyed the cities of the plain because the inhabitants were bullies.

At any rate, in Genesis 19:5, they tried to switch the focus of our attention from the fact that the people were gay, to something else. With Jude 1:7, they are employing a similar tactic. There was really no need to change the word "strange" to "nonhuman". In fact, the change is totally unwarranted, because by any stretch of the imagination, "heteros" does not mean "nonhuman". It means other or different, as in the other sex. In the ninety-nine times that "heteros" is found in the New Testament, forty-two times it is translated as "other", and forty-three times it is translated as "another". Three times it is translated as "other thing".

That being the case, and being as "heteros" doesn't even mean "nonhuman", why did the QJB publishers choose to make this word change? Aside from the fact that they did it in order to de-emphasize homosexuality, and to emphasize their own wayward doctrine regarding prison rape, I suspect that it was done in order to switch the focus of our attention in the verse. If you still do not understand what I am saying here, consider the following.

In the original KJV version of the verse, our attention is focused on the dire warning that is contained in the verse: "Do not engage in homosexual acts, or you might end up like Sodom and Gomorrah!" That is Jude's intention. However, by changing the verse to read "nonhuman flesh", they realize that their readers' attention will be drawn to that part of the verse. That phrase will serve as a distraction, and will draw people away from the true intent of the verse, which is to serve as a serious warning to us all. Think about it. So many people are into aliens and UFOs and other ridiculous New Age weirdness these days, that seeing "nonhuman flesh" in that verse will immediately attract their attention; and they may possibly miss what the verse is truly about. It is about the danger of engaging in a homosexual lifestyle.

In their closing remarks that are located near the bottom of their web page, the publishers of the blasphemous Queen James Bible further reveal the level of their own deception with the following:

The Queen James Bible resolves any homophobic interpretations of the Bible, but the Bible is still filled with inequality and even contradiction that we have not addressed. No Bible is perfect, including this one. We wanted to make a book filled with the word of God that nobody could use to incorrectly condemn God's LGBT children, and we succeeded."

----- End Quote -----

This final comment by the publishers is filled with so many lies and distortions of the truth that it is really beyond ridiculous. It is like Satan's last hurrah as he makes one final attempt to deceive the visitors to their web page.

To begin with, contrary to the publishers' misguided claims, the QJB resolves nothing, because it does not represent the actual, true Word of God. It is a vain, misguided attempt by certain unknown -- and cowardly -- individuals to rewrite certain portions of the Bible so that said verses agree with what they have chosen to believe. While the publishers claim to be scholars who are simply interested in clarifying the Scriptures, they have done the exact opposite. They have in fact intentionally blurred the truth, in order to ease their own consciences, and to financially profit from it as well. Furthermore, no true scholar would butcher the Holy Writ on a whim, in the way that these deceived people have done.

As I explain in other articles such as "Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth", to my knowledge, there are no contradictions in the Bible. Any seeming contradictions are the result of our not fully understanding what is being said, or are due to our not being familiar with the contents of the entire Bible. Quite often, there are other passages which will help to fill in the gaps, or to clarify what has been written in another place. Over the years I have repeatedly found this to be true as I have researched the Scripture in the process of writing my articles. It is for this reason that I have been a strong advocate of searching the Scriptures daily, as well as comparing verse with verse, in order to obtain a more refined understanding of God's Word. Please consider the following verses:

"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."


"And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."


Aside from the various corruptions which they have knowingly and intentionally added to their gay and lesbian-oriented designer Bible, perhaps the rest of their book is filled with the Word of God as they claim. However, as I warn in a number of other articles, that is precisely where the real danger lies; because it has long been the Devil's tactic to mix in some truth with his lies, so that naive and gullible people will willingly drink his deceptive spiritual poison. As the Apostle Paul warns us in his second Epistle to the brethren at Corinth:

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."


While these deceivers boast that "nobody could use [the QJB] to incorrectly condemn God's LGBT children", they utterly fail to recognize that there is really no need for anyone to have to condemn lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transvestites -- LGBT for those of you who may not understand the acronym -- because through their own sinful actions, they have in fact condemned themselves. Furthermore, as we saw earlier in this series, the Scriptures clearly state that such people shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. If they won't inherit the Kingdom of God, then it becomes rather apparent that in contradiction to what these publishers claim, such people are not truly God's children. As I point out in an article of the same name, "Not Everyone is a Child of God".

God's true children endeavor to obey His Word. They do not openly defy it, flaunt their disobedience, or encourage any other person to do the same, as gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transvestites do by way of disgusting gay pride parades, by endeavoring to legalize their sinful, shameful lifestyle, and by other wicked obscenities which they purposely commit. In the case of individuals who knowingly continue in the gay and lesbian lifestyle after they have heard the truth, they are Satan's rebellious children. In the words of the Apostle Paul, such reprobates can be classified as the "children of disobedience". They are likewise hypocrites who pretend to be God-fearing, Bible-believing Christians, when clearly, they most certainly are not. After all, as the Scriptures plainly teach us, we are to be doers of the Word, and not just hearers only, as we see by the following verses:

"And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"


"If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them."


"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed."


"Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin."


"Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not."


"But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."


"Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."


"If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin."


"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God."


As I mentioned a moment ago, in several places in Paul's Epistles, we find him using the phrase "the children of disobedience". What you will no doubt find interesting is exactly in what kind of activities these people engage, so that Paul feels inclined to refer to them as "the children of disobedience". As it turns out, the first four concern forbidden lusts of the flesh and sexual sins, as we see by these two verses:

"Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:"


As most of you will already know, fornication is a general term which refers to illicit sexual intercourse which occurs outside of marriage. It encompasses a range of forbidden sexual practices, including gay and lesbian relationships. Our world is in fact full of fornicators and adulterers, and many of us have been guilty of this sin, whether we realize it or not. The word "fornication" itself is derived from the Greek word "porneia". It is easy to deduce that it is from this Greek word that we also derive the word "pornography".

In the previous verses, the word "uncleanness" is translated from the Greek word "akatharsia". This Greek word is used to describe both physical uncleanness, as well as a lack of morality. In other words, according to Thayer's Greek English Lexicon, it concerns the impurity of a lustful and profligate style of living.

Taking into consideration everything we have studied in this series regarding the writings of the Apostle Paul, as well as other Scriptures, it isn't the least bit difficult to grasp what Paul appears to be implying with the phrase "inordinate affection", particularly when we consider the other words which accompany it in these verses. The phrase itself is derived from the Greek word "pathos". While this word has a variety of meanings, in the few times that it is used in the New Testament, it has a negative connotation, and refers to depraved and vile passions. Clearly, gay and lesbian relationships involve depraved, vile passions that are accompanied by filthy, forbidden sexual acts.

The fourth and final phrase which is of concern to us in these verses is "evil concupiscence". Thayer's Greek English Lexicon informs us that the word "evil" is derived from the Greek word "kakos". This word signifies something that is of a bad, wrong, base or wicked nature. The word "concupiscence" is derived from the Greek word "epithumia". This word denotes a desire, craving or longing for that which is forbidden. In other words, an illicit lust. Taking into consideration the preponderance of Scriptural evidence which we have examined in this series, it is not difficult to conclude that gay and lesbian relationships fall under this category. In fact, as you can determine, all four of these words and phrases are descriptive of gay and lesbian sexual relationships.

While these publishers of the abominable Queen James Bible claim on their web page "we succeeded", the ugly truth of the matter is that the only thing at which they have really succeeded, is in creating a poisonous, deceptive work which will encourage and induce a lot of weak individuals to sin against and dishonor their own bodies. This is because by way of twisting and distorting the meaning of God's Truth, and by silencing what the Bible really says regarding this issue, this blasphemous tome conveys the false message that God has nothing against the gay and lesbian lifestyle, when His true Word indicates that He most certainly does.
