BROKEN CLOCK

Do you hear it? Tick-tock, tick-tock,
It is the sound of a prophetic clock.
Some say Christ’s time draws near,
But I don’t give those people an ear.

They don’t see their clock is broken,
Believing stuff God has not spoken.
So deceived by what Futurists claim,
Not knowing they’ve missed the aim.

Quite convinced it’s the end of years,
But someday soon they’ll shed tears.
Once they understand their mistake,
That their belief was just all so fake.

For decades it has been very strong,
As it has pulled many people along.
Giving them false hope for His return,
To this very day they in fact still yearn.

The real truth for them is hard to bear,
Tho I try to tell them they do not care.
They prefer instead to embrace the lie,
But the day comes when they will cry.

Why did they believe what they heard,
Instead of searching God’s holy Word?
The prophecies already came to term,
Of this belief I still remain rather firm.

It is my hope that you also will believe,
And this truth you’ll be able to receive.
Just cast off that Futurists’ deception,
Ask God for true Scriptural perception.

He will open your eyes, of this I’m sure,
Tell me now, what are you waiting for?
