PET ADVICE

If you want to be cuddled, well get yourself a dog,
If you like stuff that jumps, well get yourself a frog.
If you want to be mastered, well get yourself a cat,
If it’s okay to be bitten, well then get yourself a rat.

If you like to talk a while, well get yourself a parrot,
If you decide on a cute rabbit, you’ll need a carrot.
If you choose to get a fish, you’ll need lots of water,
If you like eating clams, well get yourself an otter.

If you like creepy things, well get yourself a snake,
But please don’t get a boa, it could be a big mistake.
If house flies are a million, well get a chameleon,
But consider getting a bat, if the flies are a zillion.

If you drink plenty of milk, well get yourself a cow,
But if mud to you is cool, well get yourself a sow.
If you get yourself a horse, you’ll need lots of hay,
But if you get a hippo, I don’t know what to say.
