CAREER POLITICIANS

by Bill Kochman

Oh those career politicians,
What a hot bag of air,
They all promise us the moon,
But there’s nothing there.

They talk and talk and talk,
As the years pass us by,
They pile up stacks of money,
While they lie and lie.

Yet look at all the sheeple,
Who just vote and vote,
They really think it matters,
They’re in a sinking boat.

Real change just never comes,
Things remain the same,
Because political fast talkers,
Are so good at their game.
