HEDGED ABOUT

Our God will put His hedge,
Around those who believe,
If we truly put Him first,
His blessings we’ll receive.
God is such a loving Father,
He will meet our every need,
But we must remain faithful,
And so daily plant His seed.
Seeking first His Kingdom,
Telling every girl and boy,
It truly delights our Father,
And fills His heart with joy.
Now tho the enemy may come,
We don’t have anything to fear,
For our great Protector above,
To us will quickly draw near.
Nothing He will let harm us,
We are the apple of His eye,
Brought into His royal family,
When Jesus for us chose to die.
