HERE’S A GREAT PROPOSAL! — Seriously. Every time I hear a Democratic politician or some other liberal/progressive speak, talk about their particular position, make demands, shout in the street, engage in violence, and do all of the other things that they like to do, I think to myself, “Wow! They sound just like the Marxists … the Socialists … and Vladimir Lenin and his Bolsheviks. They too were unhappy with the government of Tsar Nicholas II, and rioted in the streets of Petrograd during the February Revolution of 1917 — which resulted in the abdication of Nicholas II — followed by the October Revolution that same year — which resulted in the overthrow of the Russian Provisional Government which came into power following Nicholas II’s abdication.

I really don’t participate in all of the Bernie memes, mainly because I don’t believe in ridiculing people just because they embrace views which are different from my own.

However, I saw this graphic on my Facebook friend’s timeline. So, I got a sudden inspiration, started joking around, and I ended up composing the following silly poem. My friend complimented me, apparently appreciating my humor and sarcasm. So, I decided to share the poem with all of my friends here. Thus, here you go.

Even tho you vote this year,
Yet still I must shed a tear.
For I see a nation in decline.
She forsook God’s true vine.

Yes, she went her own way,
She grows worse every day.
Just ignoring His holy Word,
As if she hadn’t even heard.

Her sins are before His face,
She is now one big disgrace.
Tho warned she won’t repent,
She hates the ones God sent.

Passing many ungodly rules,
Not seeing they are the fools.
For tho God’s mercy is great,
They’re headed for a sad fate.

When it will come I can’t say,
Wake up now and begin to pray.
Forsake the things He abhors,
Or face the wrath God pours.

It’s just that easy. This tip comes in handy when your friend asks you what your Facebook URL is but you don’t know. On a desktop computer it is much easier to find, because you can plainly see your Facebook URL in the location bar that is situated near the top of your web browser window. Then you can just copy and paste it for your friend. Not so on a cell phone. You have to do a little more work to find it.

Don’t believe all of the news,
Don’t believe all of the polls,
Forget about the politicians,
Their stories are full of holes.

First they will say one thing,
And then they will say that,
They are just like a magician,
Pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

Now concerning actual truth,
It’s whatever they wanna say,
But it can get darn confusing,
Because it changes everyday.

And so their battle rages on,
As they work to control minds,
Hiding the real facts from us,
They want us wearing blinds.

Saying anything to get a vote,
Tho promises are rarely kept,
For once they get into office,
Under the carpet it’s all swept.

Thus they all play their game,
Whether pollster or some pol,
A battle of deceptive words,
To win your body mind & soul.

Even though we all love Jesus,
Sometimes we will drift away,
So many things in this world,
Often entice us to go astray.

It may creep up rather slowly,
It’s not so bad we will pretend,
But oh if we fail to be careful,
It will drag us away in the end.

At first we won’t even notice,
It will seem like a small thing,
One little weed in our garden,
But alas disaster it will bring.

Just one sin or disobedience,
Beware that’s all it ever takes,
And then before you know it,
You’re drowning in mistakes.

So watch out for that old Devil,
If he should knock on your door,
Just give his thoughts no mind,
Remember who you fight for.

Let your eyes look only forward,
And not to the left or to the right,
Your Father above will keep you,
Safely through the darkest night.

Many years ago I was red-pilled,
So I see what this world is worth,
But most people take the blue,
They’re slaves from day of birth.

Blindly playing an assigned role,
They say & do what they’re told,
Just prisoners in a great matrix,
A wind-up toy till they grow old.

Assuming they know the truth,
All marching to the same tune,
But as Neo one day discovered,
They exist in an artificial cocoon.

So mind-warped in their schools,
Taught to obey and never resist,
Conditioned to remain so docile,
Never daring to raise their fist.

Yes, blue-pilled their entire lives,
They can’t imagine another way,
Though people try to tell them,
They cannot hear what they say.

So caught up in blue pill’s illusion,
They think us mad & out of touch,
But it’s they who are so deceived,
Blue pill is their emotional crutch.

Soon their world may crash down,
As a stark reality breaks through,
Many will be so caught by surprise,
They just won’t know what to do.

But as for me I have a firm anchor,
I place my trust in the Lord above,
Regardless of whatever happens,
I am surrounded by His great love.

By fear I refuse to be imprisoned,
It’s how they manage total control,
Ask God for His wonderful peace,
And let it completely fill your soul.

Strive to read His holy Word daily,
It will guide you thru darkest night,
Breaking their web of deception,
Encompassing you with His light.

So abandon taking their blue pill,
Indeed take God’s red pill instead.
Or just keep on being their robot,
Till your life’s over & you’re dead.

POLITICAL BRIBERY

Well a politician calls it debt relief,
But it seems so much like a bribe,
They will give you a lot of freebies,
So you’ll always vote for their tribe.

They can’t actually buy your vote,
So they’ll disguise it another way,
Through their government benefits,
Do remember them on election day.

They will appear to be your friends,
Making your life as easy as can be,
But as for their actual motivation,
They will conceal it so very cleverly.

Oh come now get your free housing,
And food stamps to keep you fed,
Welfare is likewise another option,
Medicaid so you don’t end up dead.

Yes, let’s open up all our borders,
So millions of illegals can come in,
Convince them to choose our party,
Then certainly, we are sure to win.

They will even hand out cell phones,
Plus a bus ticket to get some place,
Their real goal is not just to help you,
But to win an upcoming political race.

Now I don’t condemn such programs,
Some folks really need them I know,
But it is how politicians use them,
Ensuring their voter roll will grow.

Everyone likes to get free things,
And there’s nothing wrong with that,
Yet beware of those sly politicians,
Who just want to tip the political hat.

Here is a photo I just took while working on my iMac with my female Siamese mix, Polo, laying casually on the top of my desk. She loves to spend time with me, as does her lover boy, Eljio. In the background, you can see a Satellite image of Hurricane Debby as it crosses through northern Florida and southern George on the early morning of August 6, 2024, Guam time. A fresh image is automatically downloaded to my computer every four minutes. I use a cool, little, free macOS app called Plash to automatically download and display weather satellite images on my desktop from different parts of the USA, the Caribbean and, of course, Guam, where I have lived for decades.

Yes, I really am an extremist,
I wear my badge quite well,
Not afraid to share God’s truth,
Tho some folks give me hell.

They tell me to tone it down,
And don’t be so in your face,
But compromise isn’t my style,
So I preach by heavenly grace.

Some people get so offended,
When caught in God’s light,
They try hard to hide their sins,
They are children of the night.

Even though they persecute us,
And call us by some ugly name,
Yet still we must remain faithful,
For it’s they who will face shame.

Thus march on Christian soldier,
Bearing God’s Word to the lost,
Complete your earthly mission,
No matter what may be the cost.
