Someday we shall surely take our rest,
But now is indeed not that day,
The Lord has given us a job to do,
Our first duty is His Will to obey.
There are so many things in this life,
Which strive to keep us from our task,
He gives us Grace to endure the test,
All we really have to do is ask.
Strength for the hour, faith for the day,
It is really such a simple equation,
Just keeping our eyes upon the Lord,
Will result in a grandiose occasion.

“And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.” Daniel 11:22, KJV
“If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and [if] in the land of peace, [wherein] thou trustedst, [they wearied thee], then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?” Jeremiah 12:5, KJV
“Who [is] this [that] cometh up as a flood, whose waters are moved as the rivers?
