In the New Testament Scriptures, the words “sanctify”, “sanctification” and “holy” are derived from the Koine Greek words “hagiazo”, “hagios” and “hagiasmos”, which mean to dedicate, consecrate and set apart for service to God. This is what Saints are. We are separated from the world, in order to serve the Lord.
“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil . . . And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:” Genesis 3:1-5, 13-14, KJV

And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born . . . And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him . . . And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” Revelation 12:3-4, 7-9, 14-15, KJV
“And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.” Revelation 20:1-3, KJV
The other day I saw something lewd,
Oh yeah, man, it was just really crude.
I was in the lunchroom where I work,
When a young couple began to twerk,
Now I’d never seen such dance before,
Dude, I almost fell right on that floor.
Sexual girations and other nasty stuff,
I finally decided that I’d seen enough.
So I said something, it did not go well,
The guy glared and said “Go to hell!”
Then his girlfriend called me a jerk,
Well, that did it, and I went berserk.
Grabbed the radio, took out the plug,
The folks thought I was on some drug.
Next thing I know the security came,
And everyone agreed I was to blame.
So now here I sit in this dirty jail cell,
Man, quite frankly I’m not feeling well.
You see down the hall within my view,
I see people dancing, a couple or two.
Yes, you guessed it, need I say more?
Look out twerkers, this so means war!
“Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! “I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.” 2 Corinthians 12:2-4, KJV
