“[A Psalm of David.] LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.”
Psalm 15:1-5, KJV
“I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.” Psalm 16:8, KJV
“My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.” Psalm 62:5-8, KJV
“Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.” Psalm 112:6-7, KJV
“A man shall not be established by wickedness: but the root of the righteous shall not be moved.” Proverbs 12:3, KJV
“For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:” Acts 2:25, KJV
Please note that Psalm 16:8-11 and Acts 2:25-32 is a prophecy about Jesus being raised from the dead.
Let me tell you that Satan is so smart,
He knew just how to get in our midst,
You see, some six thousand years ago,
God’s Word he began to wrest and twist.
Eve was that serpent’s very first victim,
But that gal was definitely not his last,
The Bible says during the First Century,
Killing false doctrines was a hard task.
Today the situation is even more tragic,
As brethren fight to prove they’re right,
So many have forgotten all about love,
But sly Satan, oh he stays out of sight.
He’s just so happy to see the division,
Because a divided Church is so weak,
Please take heed to this my warning,
Ask God to keep you humble and meek.
Yes, be persuaded in your own mind,
As we’re advised to do by Apostle Paul,
But regarding those doctrinal debates,
Be wise and don’t engage in them at all.
I bet you think that you’re oh so cool,
But could it be that you’re just a tool?
They wind you up and they set you down,
And you prance around just like a clown.
Your controllers tell you what to say,
You spew propaganda all the live long day.
You seem to think that you are so free,
Down you go if they say “Bend the knee!”
Free from your masters not really you are,
You’re just like a bug in a mason jar.
You see outside but you’re trapped within,
See, there they go winding you up again.
