TSUNAMI — a dream, poem and super graphic by Bill Kochman

Last Updated: September 5, 2021

“For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.”
Job 33:14-17, KJV

This is a “super graphic”. Please click the image in order to see it full size.

Dear Friends,

The graphic poem you are about to read is based on a real dream which I had in September of 2014, only a few hours after having another dream the same morning called “Utopian Dream Machine”.

That I should have two, short, rather vivid dreams during the same morning, and remember them both, no less, seems rather unusual to me. I don’t dream all that often, but when I do, I usually forget them. But in this case, I woke up immediately after having each dream, and I set about on my computer to compose a poem in which I describe the details of each dream, along with a related graphic.

As with the “Utopian Dream Machine” dream, I am not sure if this second dream has any real significance or not. However, I did dream it, and I remembered it, so I will let you be the judge.

Bear in mind that the subject matter of this dream is not pleasant; particularly if you remember the devastating tsunami which deluged the nations bordering the Indian Ocean in 2004. As a result of that natural tragedy, it is said that collectively speaking, over 290,000 people lost their lives.

For those of you who may not be familiar with what a “reef flat” is, or a “drawback” — both mentioned in this poem — below are some links from the Wikipedia website. In particular, please read the information that is found under the “Characteristics” and “Drawback” sections:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsunami

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fringing_reef

Allow me to offer one other word of explanation. The “canal” I mention in this poem is actually a natural channel which can be cut in a reef flat — quite often near the shore — due to the strong flow of water within the reef flat. In other words, as occurs here on our island, in some reef flats, water will enter the reef flat from the open ocean, flow in a certain direction near the shore, and then exit the reef flat at the other end. The result of this constant strong flow of water is that it slowly cuts a channel or canal in the reef flat. The ones I have seen and swam in, can be up to twenty feet deep in areas.

So in this poem, what I am describing is that as the water drew back from the shoreline due to the “drawback” of the tsunami, the area of the reef flat that was nearest to the shore was exposed to the air, then there was the channel — which still remained full of water (because it was deeper ) where everyone wanted to swim — and then the outer area of the reef flat facing the open ocean, which was also exposed to the air, due to the suddenly dropping water level. I hope that makes sense to you.

Rather than try to draw what I actually saw in this dream, I have used a photograph of the ocean at Two Lovers Point, Guam, USA as the background image.

AT THE DROP OF A HAT

by Bill Kochman

12-15-2023

Thinking you could die today,
Isn’t a very pleasant thought,
But we should talk about it,
Whether you want to or not.

God has given to each one,
A specific number of years,
Some will be filled with joy,
Others will bring you tears.

But a day eventually comes,
When your time will run out,
It is then that God will reveal,
Just what you were all about.

He will open His great Book,
Wherein your works are told,
Scanning everything you did,
From birth until you grew old.

But there is a particular thing,
He will want to know for sure,
Did you open up your heart,
When He tapped your door?

This is the key to everything,
Were you washed by His Son?
Or did you live your own way,
Living in the flesh having fun?

You could suddenly be gone,
Yes, just at the drop of a hat,
Now if it suddenly happened,
Friend, where would you be at?

And so before your time is up,
I urge you to think this through,
Have you accepted Jesus yet?
Are you in the Book of Life too?

POSTING BLUES — a poem and song by Bill Kochman

POSTING BLUES

by Bill Kochman

12-14-2023

I really work so very hard,
To pump out God’s Word,
But I’m not even surprised,
If you still have not heard.

It doesn’t matter what I do,
Seeing my posts you don’t,
Expect networks to be fair?
Well, sorry, but they won’t.

They all push peons’ posts,
To the very end of the line,
And if you look really hard,
It is where you’ll find mine.

Meanwhile all of the elite,
Are given very best billing,
You can get a blue check if,
Paying cash you’re willing.

Yet even with a little check,
Your spot will not change,
I still remain quite invisible,
Man, it’s so mighty strange.

Well, at this point, I am lost,
There’s no way to get views,
And that is why I really am,
Feeling those posting blues.

GLOBALIST RECIPE — a poem and song by Bill Kochman

#Poetry #Poem

GLOBALIST RECIPE

by Bill Kochman

12-13-2023

Note that dissolution and dilution,
Is really a subtle globalist game,
Looking for ways they can dissolve,
Your nation’s foundation and frame.

There are many tactics they will use,
To accomplish their devilish goal,
But know by the time they are done,
Your country will not be very whole.

Flooding the land with immigrants,
Will weaken the national gene pool,
Racial divisions and class warfare,
Is also another most effective tool.

Attack education by dumbing it down,
So sheep are less smart than before,
That way best jobs go to foreigners,
Who were let in thru your back door.

Gender confusion is another trick,
To soften a strong national resolve,
It will divide all your military forces,
And morale in the ranks will devolve.

Also destroying the national economy,
Will leave everyone in great despair,
Raise prices, slow the supply chains,
The burden will be too much to bear.

Population growth must be addressed,
So abortion serves this purpose well,
Make it very easy to kill the unborn,
Indeed, it will be such an easy sell.

Make drugs of every imaginable kind,
So the citizens are as high as a kite,
All their minds will be quite wasted,
And they won’t know wrong from right.

In churches create a doctrinal mess,
So Christians are against each another,
They will lose faith in what to believe,
And thus God’s Spirit you will smother.

Tempt families with sexual promiscuity,
For they are any nation’s strongest link,
Once that bond has been fully destroyed,
That country will assuredly begin to sink.

Thus I have herein outlined many ways,
To bring all peoples under our power,
So now get busy and follow this course,
Dear ones, it will be our glorious hour.

CATCH AND RELEASE — a poem and song by Bill Kochman

CATCH AND RELEASE

by Bill Kochman

12-13-2023

Man, it is really just so crazy,
They call it catch and release,
Illegals flowing in by millions,
When will the madness cease?

Why do we even have a border,
Or spend billions on that wall,
If Uncle Sam will not stop them,
No, he is doing very little at all.

So in come dangerous people,
Some will be accused of rape,
Others will murder Americans,
For us there is just no escape.

I really don’t understand this,
It makes absolutely zero sense,
Our government must keep ‘em,
On the other side of that fence.

But if they fail to do their duty,
They are traitors to our nation,
So just kick them out of office,
For not fulfilling their obligation.

NEEDY CAT — a poem and song by Bill Kochman

NEEDY CAT

by Bill Kochman

12-11-2023

I have such a needy cat,
She won’t leave me alone,
Maybe I would do better,
If I had a human clone.

Now whether I’m sleeping,
Or doing work at my desk,
My demanding lady feline,
Can really be such a pest.

She sits and stares at me,
Rubs her face on my hand,
My girl just will not let up,
Until I meet her demand.

Leading her to the kitchen,
To see just what she wants,
In typical feline fashion,
Away my kitty just jaunts.

So no emergency existed,
And I’m left without a clue,
This cat drives me so nuts,
What am I supposed to do?

Then there are those times,
When a bug is in the house,
She will meow and complain,
Until I put down my mouse.

Well, what does she expect?
I am just not ten feet tall,
That bug is on the ceiling,
I cannot be any help at all.

Such is life with my Polo,
She’s master, I’m her slave,
Yet despite her feistiness,
I will love her to the grave.

TRUTH unSOCIAL

by Bill Kochman

12-10-2023

Truth Social does not like me,
It is quite apparent obviously,
Tho I have made 1000s of posts,
Nobody knows from what I see.

My comments, retruths and likes,
Hardly ever show anything at all,
They normally stand at just zero,
Man, it is one long, terrible lull.

Why should I really even bother,
If they refuse to let me be seen?
Spending a lot of time with them,
Folks, I am really not too keen.

So is it because I’m not famous?
Yeah, you see I’m not a big elite,
I’m down there with all the peons,
Grovelling at Truth Social’s feet.

All social networks are like this,
They’re two-tier systems at best,
If you’re not a famous big name,
You won’t pass the influence test.

Thus, you won’t get any exposure,
Tho you post till fingers are blue,
Your dream will be just a dream,
Friend, I hope you realize this too.

REAL YOU — a poem and song by Bill Kochman

REAL YOU

by Bill Kochman

12-07-2023

Once you peel off all the layers,
So I can see who you really are,
Then I will make a determination,
If you truly leave my mouth ajar.

There’s no need to hide your face,
Under makeup and other stuff,
The way that the Lord made you,
My dear is obviously quite enough.

God gave you a natural beauty,
Everything He designed with care,
From eyes down to your mouth,
Yes, even every strand of hair.

So don’t ever listen to the world,
Or waste money, there’s no need,
Be the way that God created you,
Simply let this be your only creed.

COVID-20

by Bill Kochman

12-05-2023

Don’t look here, don’t look there,
But COVID-20 is now in the air.
We cannot see it, it is not fair,
Is it simply an empty scare?

Just don’t bug me, I don’t care,
Don’t come near, or I swear,
I don’t worry, I have got a pair,
I just refuse to pull out my hair.

Now listen fear, don’t you dare,
Even try to pull up your chair,
You are warned, stay in your lair,
Or in your jaw, I’ll hit you square.

No masks for me, tho folks stare,
I beat it once, another I can bear.

TWEET IN DEFEAT

by Bill Kochman

12-05-2023

No one ever sees my tweets,
I know Twitter is to blame,
They do not like us peons,
They play an elitist game.

I tweet and tweet all day,
Till my fingers turn so blue,
But it really does not matter,
Because I rarely get a view.

Well, I paid for Twitter Blue,
Thinking now I will be seen,
Yet nothing’s even changed,
Why is Twitter so darn mean?

I don’t think this is really fair,
To pick the cream of the crop,
Inequality here is so rampant,
It is about time for it to stop.

Now if you happen to agree,
Put some action to your feet,
By doing me a single favor,
Give this post a big retweet.
