UKRAINE RAIN

by Bill Kochman

Oh Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine,
Where US money drops like rain,
Yet meanwhile back at home,
So many suffer economic pain.

Trying to get the prez to stop,
Seems like an effort in vain,
And tho he won’t even listen,
War support has begun to wane.

There’s clearly something wrong,
When leaders view with disdain,
Folks they were meant to serve,
Has old Biden just gone insane?

Well his VP is not much better,
No love for the US can she feign,
Let’s buy them a one-way ticket,
On an out-of-country aeroplane.
