WORN OUT THINGS

Now let us be truly honest,
About the products we buy,
For behind every purchase,
There is hidden a little lie.

They are made to wear out,
They’re not made to endure,
So we buy them repeatedly,
It can leave a person poor.

That’s the way of the world,
They look to make a buck,
Better have an extra cable,
Or you might end up stuck.

Well, even the human body,
Has its own expiration date,
We know not when it comes,
It could arrive early or late.

But there’s something to do,
Before that very last breath,
We need to accept Jesus,
He’ll receive us at our death.

Please do not linger too long,
Until the day that you expire,
Because if you procrastinate,
He’ll just throw you in the fire.

Oh, what a sad fate indeed,
If this decision is neglected,
So please choose Him today,
Don’t be negatively affected.
