Dear friends, have you ever wondered on what other social networks you can find Bill’s Bible Basics posts? Well, following is a list of all of the social networks where I currently share some of my work from my Bill’s Bible Basics website and blog. If you are experiencing a problem with accessing one particular social network, then simply try going to a different one. Please be aware of the fact that sometimes, due to occasional problems or restrictions — such as Internet congestion, having my posts removed, etc. — or due to a lack of time on my part, you may find certain BBB posts on one network, but not on another. I am more active on some of them than on others. All of these sites have apps for cell phones. If you participate in any of these networks on a regular basis, please consider commenting on, liking and sharing my posts, and where available, please subscribe as well. Thanks so much!

They say Christians live in a bubble,
And that we really don’t have a clue,
Just ignorant of the world around us,
But friend, that’s not actually true.
We know all of this life’s problems,
But we don’t let them bring us down,
We place faith in our Heavenly Father,
And choose a smile instead of a frown.
Indeed, this life is full of battles,
We have very good reasons to be sad,
But when you trust in the Lord’s love,
It gives your heart reason to be glad.
You abort your unborn babies,
Your politicians act like thugs,
You get drunk on strong booze,
And strung out on all your drugs.
You drop bombs on other nations,
So that you alone reign supreme,
Then you convince all your people,
It’s for their American dream.
Your heart has become so hardened,
Yet you say “America, God bless”,
You have become so deceived,
You’re in one hell of a big mess.
One man now “marries” another,
And each woman has her own “wife”,
You legally force your sins on us,
And insist it’s a “normal” life.
Your movies are filled with violence,
Cussing is heard from shore to shore,
Sex is constantly thrown in our faces,
I just can’t take your world anymore.
Yet you say that God should bless you,
That you are a favorite in His eye,
But everything that you stand for,
Has become just a devilish lie.
Yes, black lives most certainly matter,
But white lives likewise matter too,
Brown lives, red lives, yellow lives,
We are all part of God’s genetic brew.
Yet our skin color is so superficial,
Within our blood all flows simply red,
And resorting to protest and violence,
Will surely lead to more people dead.
We must accept the past is the past,
So on the living don’t cast the blame,
Mistakes have been made on all sides,
Don’t let wolves your hatred inflame.
Yes, this world is far from perfect,
Many social injustices can be found,
But know fighting against each other,
Leaves us all on very shaky ground.
In the Gospels Jesus said it so clearly,
A nation that is divided cannot stand,
Weakened from within helps the enemy,
This is something you must understand.
Now if you choose to resort to violence,
Jesus said that violence you will reap,
Thus it’s better to live your life in peace,
And God’s Commandments strive to keep.
The Bible says the greatest is to love,
So how will you fare before the Judge?
Will you abandon protest and violence,
Or hold on to your hatred and grudge?
As a matter of clarification, allow me to inform you that it is commonly believed that the Apostle Paul did not personally write all of his Epistles. Due to his poor eyesight — which may have possibly been a result of the incident on the road to Damascus where the Lord struck down Paul, and left him blind for three days — Paul was forced to dictate a number of his Epistles to his traveling companions.
“After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.” Acts 19:21, KJV
“And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome.” Acts 23:11, KJV
“And from thence we fetched a compass, and came to Rhegium: and after one day the south wind blew, and we came the next day to Puteoli: Where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry with them seven days: and so we went toward Rome. And from thence, when the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us as far as Appii forum, and The three taverns: whom when Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage. And when we came to Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard: but Paul was suffered to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him.” Acts 28:13-16, KJV
“To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ . . . So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.” Romans 1:7, 15, KJV
“Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. [To the Galatians written from Rome.]” Galatians 6:18, KJV
“Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. [To the Ephesians written from Rome, by Tychicus.]” Ephesians 6:24, KJV
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. [To the Philippians written from Rome, by Epaphroditus.]” Philippians 4:23, KJV
“The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen. [Written from Rome to Colossians by Tychicus and Onesimus.]” Colossians 4:18, KJV
“But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me.” 2 Timothy 1:17, KJV
“The Lord Jesus Christ be with thy spirit. Grace be with you. Amen. [The second epistle unto Timotheus, ordained the first bishop of the church of the Ephesians, was written from Rome, when Paul was brought before Nero the second time.]” 2 Timothy 4:22, KJV
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. [Written from Rome to Philemon, by Onesimus a servant.]” Philemon 1:25, KJV
“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.” 1 John 2:22, KJV
“And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” 1 John 4:3, KJV
“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.” 2 John 1:7, KJV
Teaching God’s Word is a very serious business which should not be taken lightly. As the Apostle James tells us:
“My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.” James 3:1, KJV
Please note that while the word “masters” is used in that verse, it is translated from the Greek word “didaskalos” which is also translated as “teachers” in the New Testament.
Anointed teachers of God:
“And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?” 1 Corinthians 12:28-29, KJV
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:11-16, KJV
Teachers who are NOT anointed:
“And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.” 1 Corinthians 8:2, KJV
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;” 1 Timothy 4:1-2, KJV
“From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling; Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.” 1 Timothy 1:6-7, KJV
“If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.” 1 Timothy 6:3-5, KJV
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;” 2 Timothy 4:3, KJV
“Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” Hebrews 5:11-14, KJV
“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.” 2 Peter 2:1, KJV
“And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.” 2 Peter 3:15-16, KJV
“But the men [the two Angels] put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door. And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.” Genesis 19:10-11, KJV
“And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.” Genesis 19:15-17, KJV
“The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.” Psalm 34:7, KJV
“The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.” Psalm 68:17, KJV
“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD’S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.” Joshua 5:13-15, KJV
“And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto the LORD, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.” 2 Kings 6:16-18, KJV
“There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.” Psalm 91:10-12, KJV
“Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.” Psalm 105:15, KJV
“And when they [the wise men] were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him . . . But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child’s life.” Matthew 2:13, 19-20, KJV
“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea . . . Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 18:6, 10, KJV
“Then the high priest rose up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with indignation, And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison. But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.” Acts 5:17-20, KJV
“And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison. And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands. And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me. And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision. When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him. And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.” Acts 12:6-11, KJV
“Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” Hebrews 13:2, KJV
“I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ANCIENT OF DAYS did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire . . . I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the ANCIENT OF DAYS, and they brought him near before him . . . Until the ANCIENT OF DAYS came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.” Daniel 7:9, 13, 22, KJV
“Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.” Job 36:26, KJV
“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” 2 Peter 3:8, KJV

Some of my online friends and acquaintances may possibly consider some of my graphics work, poetry, etc., to be a little over the top. Maybe so, maybe not.
However, if you happen to hold such a view regarding my work, allow me to briefly explain why I do it.
You see, there is a reason that I take such a bold, sometimes unorthodox approach to preaching the Gospel. As many of you will know, our Christian faith has been greatly compromised in this modern day of political correctness, manpleasing and itching ears. The Scriptural truth has been so distorted, twisted and perverted. The result is that many folks don’t know the truth, have become deceived, and contrary to the warnings of the First Century Apostles, have fallen into a state of spiritual lethargy and lukewarmness, insofar as their faith is concerned.
So, if organized religion is going in one direction, then through my online work, I will go to the opposite extreme, in the hope that it will wake up some people. Perhaps my work will help some of my viewers and readers to find a balance between what the compromised churches preach, and what I teach and preach via the Bill’s Bible Basics online ministry. Exactly what do I teach and preach? Well, here is a good way to find out:
