Within Christianity, the premillennial method of interpreting the Book of Revelation holds the view that the Second Coming of Jesus Christ will precede -- and will in fact launch -- a Golden Age of peace and enlightenment, in which the Kingdom of God will be established on the Earth for a period of 1,000 years. Among other doctrines, premillennialists believe that the 1000-year Millennium will be followed by the Final "White Throne" Judgment, as well as the creation of New Heavens and a New Earth. Currently, Bill Kochman embraces this theological position.
